Nepal. The magic 7000 meters. Mount Api is a spectacular peak located in Far West Nepal.  Your expedition begins in Kathmandu, a bustling city of 1 million people. Here we’ll visit iconic historic sites, check our gear to ensure we are prepared for the entire expedition, and then fly into the mountains to begin our approach to the peak.  The trek into Mount Api takes us through mixed forest and conifers, with nice views of the Himalayas above us. Once in base camp, we will begin our acclimatization process, climbing higher and sleeping lower as we ascend higher and higher towards the summit.  Views of the peak in my photos below. Join me this October to climb in a stunning region of the Nepal Himalayas with the right support and guidance for you to achieve your goal. -Luke
