༄Our 2025 focus for Spring ski touring and splitboarding in the Ladakh region. What we found in June 2017, 2018 and 2022 was a gracious plenty of ski and splitboard terrain waiting for its first ski descent at the 4000 to 6000 meter elevation.
We begin with acclimatizing for a couple of days in the culturally rich Indus valley, then to trek into the Kang Yatze range and make ascents/descents of aesthetic 6000m peaks.

We walk to base camp with light day packs. Horses carry all equipment and your duffel bags and ski bags. From base camps we ski tour each day to new areas.

ITINERARY
*This itinerary is a basic framework. If more time is required for acclimatization on approach, we will do so. The leader will be monitoring acclimatization of each participant and lead the group in a conservative approach for this trip. We have trips where extra days are required for acclimatization, while other trips do not. Contact Luke to discuss this in detail.
